My refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for my customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging, this means unused, un-warn and with no damage. Items will be inspected upon return, and of there is any issue, a refund will not be given. A refund will be given upon receiving the item back.

Readings

Please note, refund for readings / gatherings cancelations before they have taken place are not guaranteed. A 24 hours notice is required for a full refund will be given, if less than that it will be decided on a case by case basis.
